- **End-to-End Purchasing:** Manage the procurement cycle for assigned product categories, issuing purchase orders, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking deliveries to guarantee on-time fulfillment. - **Contract Management & Negotiation:** Partner with the Strategic Sourcing team to negotiate, draft, and finalize contract terms and conditions, securing optimal commercial conditions. - **Compliance & Governance:** Coordinate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all vendor agreements adhere strictly to internal company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal regulations. - **Supplier Performance & Relationship Management:** Cultivate strong,



professional relationships with key suppliers. Continuously evaluate vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery reliability using structured metrics. - **Reporting & Analytics:** Generate, maintain, and analyze operational procurement reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supply risks. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Serve as the main procurement point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics, Quality) to align purchasing activities with business requirements.
