You will build a pipeline of high‑quality apartments and advance our network of real estate partners, including property developers, institutional owners and independent landlords. You will negotiate long‑term leases and develop strong relationships with property owners,
ensuring a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild an extensive supply pipeline of apartments that meet Ukio's standards /li liProvide Ukio with a strong network of large residential real estate companies, property developers, family offices, institutional property owners and independent landlords /li liAcquire and negotiate long‑term leases of high‑quality apartments in desirable Milan locations /li liManage and develop existing relationships with property owners within the Ukio network /li liIdentify appropriate buildings and secure multi‑unit deals /li liAdvocate and maintain a strong reputation for Ukio in the sector /li liWork with various departments to resolve landlord enquiries, challenges and contracts /li liMaintain Milan city Ukio standards by keeping links with all stakeholders /li liPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience as a business developer in Milan (real estate experience is a plus) /li liSkilled negotiator and relationship manager /li liProven track record of exceeding sales targets /li liExcellent communication skills in Italian and English /li liFlexible, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity and change /li liConfident working in cross‑functional teams /li liComfortable performing in a start‑up environment /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pEntry level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job function /h3 pOther /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
