Overview

In this fixed-term role you will shape internal communications through graphic design and video editing, elevating staff experience. You will collaborate with the Global Communications & Engagement team to deliver visually compelling assets that reflect the One Keywords ethos. You’ll manage storytelling across multimedia, partnering with 70+ studios worldwide to ensure consistent brand and impactful internal messaging. You drive creative solutions under tight deadlines in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This is a chance to raise the game in internal communications at Keywords Studios.

Responsabilità

- Create assets for Internal Communications to elevate staff experience
- Lead the visual design and video editing for multimedia products
- Drive visual excellence by aligning trend, design, and communications
- Develop original graphics and videos reflecting the One Keywords ethos




- Collaborate with 70+ studios and the Communications & Engagement team
- Own end-to-end production from concept to final delivery
- Tell compelling corporate stories through graphics and video
- Support internal audiences with clear and impactful communications

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years of design experience in graphic design and video editing (or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience)
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva
- Strong Google Workspace skills; Google Slides design/management preferred
- Fluent in English
- Creative, able to follow briefs and meet project requirements
- Knowledge of current design trends and ability to translate insights into storytelling
- Strong project management for multiple timelines
- Excellent visual presentation and ability to communicate intent to internal audiences
