Cacao of Excellence, based in Perugia, Italy, seeks a Job Trainee to assist with cacao bean sample processing into mass, chocolate, and other products. The role includes lab hygiene, procurement support, and logistics coordination for events and trainee programs, under the Program Manager.

The trainee will work on a 11-month assignment with a monthly salary of EUR 1,217 and will engage in training activities, documentation, and collaboration within an international environment.
