On behalf of a solid company operating in the construction sector, we are looking for: **CAPO CANTIERE EDILIZIA (CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER)** **Main duties:** * Planning and coordination of operational activities on site * Daily management of workforce and organization of work shifts * Verification of work progress against the schedule * Control of correct execution of works according to the project * Management of supplies and control of incoming materials * Preparation of site reports and updating of technical documentation * Supervision of safety regulations and interface with RSPP and DL * Management of relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and construction management **Requirements:** * Diploma in Surveying or similar qualification * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role * Good knowledge of IT tools * Organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving * Ability to work in a team and manage stress **Workplace: South Rome, construction sites in Rome and its province** **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract * CCNL Edilizia PMI,
