Gruppo Lactalis Italia, for the BU Galbani and Parmalat, is looking for recent Engineering graduates interested in undertaking a professional growth and development path within the Technical Services area of a food establishment. The resources will have the opportunity to develop technical and managerial skills by operating in the field of management, maintenance and optimization of plant and facility utilities. Initially, the resources will be supported by a tutor who will accompany them through a specific path within the function. During the journey, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the 4 pillars of technical services: * Plant Reliability and Maintenance; * Utilities Management (energy, water, compressed air, etc.); * Safety and Regulatory Compliance; * Innovation and Technological Automation. Responsibilities: The activities, in support of the manager, will be structured as follows:
* Monitoring and analysis of technical KPIs aimed at continuous improvement of plant performance * Support in the operational management of planned and extraordinary maintenance activities * Collaboration with Safety and Quality managers for the application of reference standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC, IFS); * Participation in innovation and digitization projects of technical processes (automation, supervision, traceability); * Interface with suppliers and external technicians for the management of specialized interventions. Required skills: * Availability for geographical mobility throughout national and international territory (essential requirement); * Degree in Engineering disciplines, in particular Mechanical and Automation; * Strong interest in the industrial world, with a particular focus on the engineering field; * Proactivity, determination, initiative, excellent relational and communication skills complete the profile. A 12-month initial fixed-term contract is envisaged, followed by further development opportunities based on expressed potential and results obtained.
