The Opportunity: Joining a highly collaborative Legal & Contracts team, you will play a key role in supporting major renewable energy projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region. Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders,
you will help manage contractual risk while enabling commercial success across a portfolio of cutting-edge solar and energy storage projects.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial contracts for renewable energy projects across Italy and EMEA
Support contract activities for Solar PV and Energy Storage business units
Review and prepare framework agreements, sales contracts, NDAs, and general terms & conditions
Identify contractual risks and propose practical commercial solutions
Lead contract negotiations with new and existing customers
Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for project teams
Support the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes
Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and business processes
What We're Looking For: Degree in Law or a related business discipline
3-5+ years of experience within the renewable energy, energy storage, construction, or infrastructure sectors
