Position Context & Mission
As part of Campari Group’s Advanced Integrated Planning (AIP) transformation, the Global Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a critical role in shaping the future of Demand & S&OP; across the organization.
The Global Planning CoE Manager – Demand & S&OP; acts as the capability owner of global demand planning and S&OP; standards, driving the design, governance, and adoption of a best-in-class, AI-enabled planning operating model.

This role is accountable for ensuring consistent global standards, scalable processes, and strong adoption across regions, acting as a key enabler of the company’s planning transformation and decision-making agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Standards & Governance
- Define and continuously improve global Demand & S&OP; processes, models, governance, and KPIs
- Design and implement standard operating models, including planning cadence, RACI, and hand-offs
- Ensure end-to-end consistency across regions, minimizing local deviations and exceptions
- Act as guardian of data integrity, KPI definitions, and planning assumptions frameworks
- S&OP; / IBP Process Excellence
- Lead the standardization and maturity evolution of S&OP; / IBP processes globally
- Define and deploy global process frameworks, including FVA (Forecast Value Added) and maturity models
- Conduct regular process maturity assessments, ident
