h3Technical Support Engineer - Software Product Integration /h3pOur Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial sector and, in order to strengthen their Product Industrialization Department, they're looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Software Product Integration. /ppThe successful candidate will join the 4th Level Technical Support team and act as the technical interface between field service organizations and software development teams. /ppThe role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, log analysis capabilities, and continuous collaboration with international development teams. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliManage 4th-level software escalations. /liliAnalyze and resolve software and system-related issues. /liliPerform analysis of logs, events, and operational anomalies. /liliSupport integration activities with customer infrastructures and systems. /liliCollaborate with software development teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. /liliValidate new software and firmware releases. /liliCreate and maintain technical documentation related to installation, configuration,
and troubleshooting activities. /liliProvide technical support and training to partners and service organizations. /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulliDegree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. /liliExperience in software and system troubleshooting. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. /liliGood understanding of TCP/IP networking. /liliAbility to analyze application and system logs. /liliBasic knowledge of SQL databases. /liliKnowledge of scripting languages and tools (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent). /liliExcellent written and spoken English (mandatory requirement). /liliAvailability for occasional travel within Italy and abroad. /liliKnowledge of Linux operating systems. /liliExperience in Banking Automation, ATM, or self-service solutions. /liliExperience with APIs, web services, and integration protocols. /liliStrong aptitude for technical training and technical documentation. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
