Overview

As an Industrial Controller at Maison Valentino in Bucine, you will drive profitability through cost control and performance analysis. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to monitor purchasing, labour costs, and production efficiency, shaping budgets and forecasts. Your insights on inventory movements and KPI development will support strategic decisions. Responsabilità

- Monitor industrial cost control, including material purchases, direct labour costs, and production efficiency.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly profitability-focused reporting with variance analysis.
- Oversee inventory accounting and report warehouse movements and industrial accounting (raw materials, semi-finished goods, and accessories).




- Supervise counts of raw materials and finished products in inventory.
- Analyse and monitor production performance indicators and develop supporting KPIs.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1/2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Strong MS Excel skills; good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and variance analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
