Job Purpose Support the WW Store Operations area with a focus on managing retail transformation initiatives, particularly the transition to the new SAP S/4 HANA system. This includes rethinking all retail store back‐office and HQ processes with a "greenfield" approach, aimed at defining a global template across brands and countries, while working in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Distribution/Supply Chain functions. Actively contribute to the Retail and Finance Transformation project, providing a proactive approach and bringing forward ideas and improvement insights; Participate in detailed analysis activities of retail processes (store back office and HQ), as well as Finance and Distribution processes; Collaborate in designing To-Be processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a process, organizational, and systems perspective; Translate business needs into functional requirements for system implementation; Ensure proper implementation of the defined functional requirements; Support Retail Key Users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
