Organizzazione Reti supports the management and development of Financial Advisors, interfacing with managerial structures for role changes and organizational variations, including the management of any exceptions. It supervises Sustainable Advisors and contributes to territorial coverage policies, managing the development of Operational Points and their related budget. It also manages commission integrations and supplementary agreements (including Team agreements), supporting network structures and promoting the dissemination of Teams. Finally, it oversees the onboarding of candidates, ensuring the correct administrative management of mandates, and updates Financial Advisors in IT systems. The inserted resource will particularly deal with: * Operational management of Financial Advisors (role changes, structural variations, and onboarding of new resources) in coordination with managerial structures * Support for network development through Team agreements, territorial coverage policies, and management of Operational Points, with oversight of related budgets * Management of commission integrations and supplementary agreements, in collaboration with the involved corporate functions * Operational support to Financial Advisors and Commercial Assistants for system access and user management * Collaboration with IT and the Parent Company on projects impacting the network,
