Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high-profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Beauty Company, we are now looking for a:
National Key Account Manager – Beauty The candidate will be in charge of overseeing and developing relationships with strategic accounts in the Italian market, both online and offline. He/She will be responsible for driving business performance and growth with existing and new customers, and will contribute to the growth of the Sales organization, directly reporting to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, defining commercial plans, budgets and sales forecasts;
Identify and develop new business opportunities, from business cases and offers to negotiation and client onboarding;
Present new products and commercial initiatives to clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers;
Monitor account performance, anticipating deviations and implementing corrective actions;
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, balancing client needs with company profitability;
Lead projects end-to-end,
improving client processes and operational efficiency;
Prepare periodic reports and use data and market insights to support commercial decisions across clients and channels;
Work closely with internal functions and headquarters, promoting a collaborative one-team approach.
Requirements
Solid experience in Key Account Management or Business Development, preferably in beauty, FMCG or consumer goods;
In-depth knowledge of the Italian retail market and experience managing complex accounts;
Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of P&L; and profitability drivers;
Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset, with a collaborative attitude;
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Fluent Italian and good English.
