Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a **Project Assurance Manager (PAM)** for the Quality Customer Support & Service Solutions LoB function at our **Pomezia** office. **The person will be responsible for the following activities:** * Managing all Quality Assurance aspects of the project managed by the IPT, ensuring the correct application of company processes, verifying compliance with contractual requirements and mandatory regulations * Preparing the necessary specific Project Quality documentation * Reviewing and approving program/product/project documentation * Participating in project Verification and Validation activities, internally, at suppliers' premises, and at Client sites * Participating in the validation activities of production lines * Managing clients and suppliers (regarding Quality Assurance aspects) * Conducting internal and supplier auditing activities * Managing product non-conformities and sub-supplies and activating and managing the necessary Root Cause Analysis Boards * Drafting declarations of conformity * Participating in boards related to configuration management and non-conformity management issues * Following internal dry runs and formal testing activities with the Client * Supporting the definition of specific program/product processes in accordance with contractual requirements and their possible tailoring * Supporting the qualification of the Electronics Division Quality Management System **Education:** Degree in STEM disciplines, preferably Engineering **Required Experience Level:** Junior **Technical knowledge and skills:** Experience in program/product Quality Assurance or System Quality (normative management and auditing) is a plus. **Behavioral skills:** * Communication and interpersonal skills * Team Working ability * Problem Solving * Result orientation; * Time and priority management; * Listening skills; * Analysis and synthesis skills; * Rigorous judgment while respecting boundary conditions and Business needs. **Language skills:** Good knowledge of the English language – Minimum B1 Level. **Computer skills:** * Good knowledge of the Office suite. * Previous knowledge of company tools SAP and Teamcenter Unified will help with onboarding times. **Other (e.g., Willingness to travel/Specific certifications required…):** The resource must be available for short business trips (maximum 1 week) both nationally and internationally, mainly for aspects related to suppliers and clients during formal deliveries.
