Within the Leonardo Aircraft Service BU, specifically in the Customer Support Services & Training organizational unit, we are looking for a **Material Planning Officer** for our Pomigliano d'Arco office. Logistics Support is responsible for managing aircraft after-sales contracts. Specifically, we are looking for a resource capable of: * Managing customer order status visibility activities; * Programming spare parts shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction; * Optimizing workflows; * Monitoring operational KPIs; * Demonstrating problem-solving skills, results orientation,



and effective communication; * Using management software (SAP logistics) and having data analysis skills. **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics. **Seniority:** Expert **Knowledge and technical skills:** * Knowledge of SAP Production Logistics. **Behavioral skills:** * Ability to work in a team; * Communication and interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers; * Organizational and coordination skills; * Problem solving and results orientation; * Flexibility; **Language skills:** * Excellent knowledge of English level B2/C1 **Computer skills:** * Good knowledge of the Office package. **Other:** Availability for national travel.
