Within the **Aircraft Division**, in the **Aircraft B.U.**, we are looking for a **System Engineer Embedded Training** for the **Venegono Superiore** office to be included in the Avionic Systems unit and specifically in the Embedded Training Systems Engineering M-346 Block 20 discipline. The resource will primarily deal with: * Architectural analysis related to the Embedded Training system and its DataLink. * Define, manage and control project requirements for system design related to Embedded Training in the context of the M-346 Block 20 aircraft avionics. * Manage relationships with equipment suppliers. * Contribute to System Design documentation to conduct project reviews (System Requirements Review, Preliminary/Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review)
with the internal product development team and with any suppliers/partners. * Define and plan product test and qualification activities. ## Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics or Aerospace. ## Required experience level (junior, expert, senior, master): **Junior:** at least 15 months of experience gained in the aeronautical sector in avionics systems with particular reference to embedded training systems. ## Technical/IT skills: * Knowledge of basic avionics systems. * Experience in defining requirements for on-board equipment. * Ability to use industry tools like DOORS. * Knowledge of MIL STD 1553, ARINC 429 standards. ## NICE TO HAVE: * Knowledge of Software development standards DO178 DO254. ## Behavioral skills: * Ability to work in a team. * Ability to relate to different cultures. * Communication and relationship skills with clients and suppliers. * Organizational and coordination skills. * Planning skills. * Problem solving and results orientation. * Curiosity and aptitude for learning. ## Language skills: * Excellent knowledge (B2 level or higher) of written and spoken English. ## Other (e.g., availability for travel/specific certifications required...): Availability for short trips. ## What We Offer: **Involvement, enhancement of skills**, care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
