Within the **Avionic Systems** area, we are looking for a **Test & Evaluation & Asset Management Planner** for our Turin site. The resource will be inserted in the Test & Evaluation and Asset Management unit and in particular in the Test Instrumentation / Data & Simulation Management discipline where they will be able to contribute to the planning, cost management, resource and integration activities of the relevant systems for fighter, unmanned, trainer and airlifter aircraft. **Main activities:** The resource will mainly deal with: * Manage the planning of project activities, coordinating the activities, times, resources and development costs in collaboration with the Product Manager. * Monitor project progress,
identify critical issues and risks, propose corrective actions. * Interface with development teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with milestones and project objectives. * Manage planning reporting and documentation. **Educational qualification:** Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines. **Required experience level:** Junior **TECHNICAL/IT SKILLS:** * Project planning and control * Resource and budget management * Risk analysis and problem solving * Reporting and KPI management * Knowledge of Project Management methodologies * Use of planning and scheduling software **NICE TO HAVE:** * Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master) * Experience in structured contexts and complex projects * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Redmine, Jira, Trello) **BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:** * Organizational skills * Effective communication * Goal orientation * Priority management * Flexibility and adaptability to change **Language skills:** * Excellent knowledge (B2 level or higher) of written and spoken English **Other:** Availability for short and medium-term business trips. **Seniority:** Recent graduate **Primary Location:** IT - Turin - C.so Francia **Additional Locations:** IT - Turin - Caselle Sud **Contract Type:** Permanent **Total Base Pay Range:** €32.731,92 - €43.000 **Hybrid Working:** Hybrid
