Within the **AIRWORTHINESS, SAFETY, Eng. Process Governance & Quality** Area, we are looking for a Senior Software Certification Specialist for our Turin site. ## Main Activities: * Experience in the preparation and conduct of technical reviews (pre-SOI) in the Planning, Development, Verification and Final phases, adapted to the Certification Program, the certification basis, the Compliance Demonstration Items and the Level of Involvement defined by the competent civil or military Authority. * Evaluate the conformity and adequacy of software evidence with respect to the certification basis and applicable means of compliance. * Analyze plans, standards, high-level and low-level requirements, architecture, design, source code, parametrization, traceability data, test results, structural coverage, problem reports and configuration index.



* Verify the appropriate application of DO-178C/ED-12C and, when applicable, DO-330/ED-215, DO-331/ED-218, DO-332/ED-217 and DO-333/ED-216. * Evaluate compliance with AMC 20-115D, AMC 20-189 and AMC 20-193, the latter when the product employs multi-core processors, including integration aspects and dependencies with the system and AEH. * Coordinate with SQA and use the relevant audit reports and Process Assurance records as input to the pre-SOI, maintaining the responsibility for technical and certification evaluation distinct from process assurance activities on internal or supplier developments. * Identify findings, observations, gaps, certification risks and corrective actions; verify their closure and the completeness of the evidence. * Prepare internal teams and suppliers for official reviews and participate, in a technical role, in SOIs and meetings with civil and military Authorities. * Ensure consistency between software evidence, safety assessment, system development, hardware, configuration management and compliance documentation. ## Education: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace or equivalent qualification. ## Required Experience Level: Senior ## Technical Skills:



* In-depth knowledge of DO-178C/ED-12C and AMC 20-115D, with the ability to interpret objectives, lifecycle data, independence and satisfaction criteria for different software levels. * In-depth operational knowledge of supplements DO-330, DO-331, DO-332 and DO-333 and ability to determine their applicability to the project. * Knowledge of AMC 20-189 for the management and acceptance of Open Problem Reports and AMC 20-193 for the use of multi-core processors, where applicable. * Knowledge of the applicable civil certification framework EASA/FAA (Part-21), AMC/GM, Certification Specifications, ETSO/TSO and methods for defining the certification basis and means of compliance. * Knowledge of the military airworthiness and certification framework, with particular reference to EMAR 21 * Ability to understand differences, equivalences and tailoring between civil and military processes, including Level of Involvement, compliance demonstration, acceptance of evidence and recognition between Authorities. ## Behavioral Skills: * Problem solving skills * Good communication and interface skills with various stakeholders * Teamwork attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Flexibility and adaptability * Proactivity ## Language Skills: Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2) ## Computer Skills: Knowledge of the Office package ## Other: Availability to travel ## Seniority: Expert ## Primary Location: IT - Torino - C.so Francia ## Contract Type: Permanent ## Total Base Pay Range: €32.731,92 - €43.000 ## Hybrid Working: Hybrid
