Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a **Project Assurance Manager** for our ROMA TIBURTINA 12,400 office. The selected candidate will be integrated into the Quality Function area that follows projects in the Land & Sea Business Area, specifically in the Organizational Unit involved in naval projects. The person will hold the role of Project Assurance Manager (PAM) within an Integrated Project Team (IPT). The PAM will be responsible for the following activities: * Manage all Quality Assurance aspects of the project managed by the IPT, ensuring the correct application of company processes, verifying compliance with contractual requirements and mandatory regulations. * Prepare the specific Quality documentation required for the project. * Review and approve program/product/project documentation. * Participate in product Verification and Validation activities, internally, at suppliers', and at customer sites. * Manage Customers and Suppliers (regarding Quality Assurance aspects). * Conduct internal and supplier auditing activities. * Manage product and sub-supply Non-Conformities and activate and manage the necessary Root Cause Analysis Boards. * Prepare Declarations of Conformity.



* Participate in boards related to configuration management and non-conformity management issues. * Follow internal dry runs and formal testing activities with the Customer. * Support the definition of specific program/product processes in accordance with contractual requirements and their eventual tailoring. ## Education: Degree in Engineering or other technical degree. ## Seniority: Junior A plus is: experience gained in program/product Quality Assurance or System Quality (regulatory management and auditing); ## Technical knowledge and skills * Technical preparation aimed at the correct management of the Product Life Cycle and Program/Project. * Knowledge of reference standards and/or regulations for a Quality Management System, ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100). * Knowledge of production processes. ## Behavioral competencies: * Ability to operate in complex organizational contexts * Problem solving * Analytical skills * Effective communication * Mediation skills * Result orientation * Attention and precision ## Language skills Good knowledge of written and spoken English, minimum B2 level. ## Other (e.g., Willingness to travel/specific certifications required…): Willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad. *Involvement, enhancement of skills*, care for the *well-being* and *safety of people* are the cornerstones of our corporate culture. Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified. Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
