Joining the Group has allowed the brand to continue enhancing its creative identity within an international context. For our Alghero Laboratory, we are looking for a pattern maker. As a pattern maker, you will contribute to the development of new collections by realizing the creative director's idea,



starting from existing patterns or sketches. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH:** * Create and develop patterns, from the design phase to the prototype realization, respecting the stylistic expectations of the creative director and the quality requirements of the brand; * Correction and troubleshooting of patterns to ensure an impeccable fit; * Size development; * Share any technical and realization criticalities in the early prototyping phases; * Collaborate with the style, product, and prototyping team for the realization of garments; * Use of CAD software for pattern making, nesting, and size development; * Supervise the creation of samples with particular attention to industrialization criteria to ensure correct production. **WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:** * You have a pattern maker diploma; * You have experience in the role in highly structured companies in the luxury sector; * You are proficient in CAD (Lectra Modaris); * You have advanced skills in size development and troubleshooting; * You have in-depth knowledge of pattern making techniques, materials, and tailoring processes.
