# The opportunity We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer who will focus on executing Service work according to agreed work flows and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes and safety guidelines. **How you'll make an impact** * Perform Service tasks, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.); * Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation; * Create and maintain a good relationship with customers and understands their needs; * Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities; * • Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative; * Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future; * Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities, report unsafe practices and incidents.

**Your background** * Electrotechnical diploma; * _Previous working onsite experience with HV equipment;_ * Good knowledge of Italian and English; * Ability to work in team and meet deadlines * _Willingness to travel in Italy (>80%), mainly in Sicilia, Calabria, Puglia and Campania._ **More about us** We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded. The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows: * Starting from: 38000€ gross The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
