You will work in the Corporate Compliance team at our Torino office. **Your Role and Responsibilities** You will be involved, with a good degree of autonomy, in the activities of: * implementation, updating of Organizational, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and support for the activities of the Supervisory Body; * design and implementation of delegation and power of attorney systems; * assistance in the design, development, and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs (by way of example and not limited to: health and safety in the workplace pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008; ESG; environmental compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 "Environmental Consolidated Law", etc.). **Our Requirements** You meet the profile we are looking for if you are a lawyer with at least five years of post-qualification experience specifically in Corporate Compliance,
you have fluent English and a lot of determination. Teamwork attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative and flexibility complete the profile. We ask you to attach your updated Curriculum Vitae.
