### Job Specs * **Job Name:** Internship Corporate Compliance Milano * **Location:** Milano * **Business Area:** LEGAL * **Seniority:** Junior * **Business Function:** LEGAL ### What impact will you make? **What impact will you make?** **YOUR OPPORTUNITY** You will carry out the curricular internship in the Corporate Compliance team at our Milan office, interacting where necessary with colleagues from the firm and the Network, including different Offerings. **Your Role and Responsibilities** You will be involved in the following activities: * implementation and updating of organizational management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001; * definition and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs; * in-depth analysis of regulatory compliance issues for drafting legal documents and opinions. **Our Requirements** You meet the profile we are looking for if you are in your fifth year of Law, have a keen interest in Compliance and 231 areas, speak fluent English (C1 level) and have excellent command of the Office package.
