Within the **Cyber & Security Solutions** Business Area, we are looking for a **Junior Business Analyst** for the **Rome Laurentina** office. The resource will become part of the **Line of Business (LoB) Defense & Government Business** which has the mission of managing the divisional business with reference to customers belonging to Public Administration (central and local) and Defense organizations, to be included in the LoB Business Areas. The resource will be included in a **structured training course on Project Management issues.** The selected person, supported by a Senior figure, will mainly deal with: * Analyzing the Information System to improve business performance; * Identifying areas where changes to the information system are necessary to support the business plan and controlling the impact in terms of change management; * Formulating functional and non-functional requirements and supervising their correct application; * Analyzing requirements and designing related processes; * Participating in test planning and attesting to their accuracy and completeness,
certifying the compliance of the software produced with quality requirements; * Managing the definition and functional analysis of user reports; * Managing the drafting of functional documentation; * Developing business cases related to the proposed solutions. **Educational qualification:** Degree in STEM disciplines, preferably Management Engineering. **Seniority:** Recent graduate. **Technical and IT skills and knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of Project Management methodologies; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; * Knowledge of at least one of the main programming languages is welcome; * Passion for issues related to process digitization and/or Cyber Security. **Language skills:** Knowledge of the English language (B2). **Behavioral skills:** * Attitude to analysis and research aimed at achieving the set objectives; * Proactive and innovation-oriented attitude; * Ability to work in a team; * Attitude to continuous learning; * Good communication skills (written/verbal); * Good organizational skills. **Other:** Availability for short and medium-term national and international travel. **Involvement, enhancement of skills**, care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
