Shape the future of business and technology by developing cutting-edge solutions capable of generating new value. ### Your role and your prospects Become part of our international network of talents in the Reinvention Partner Industry & Enterprise in the AI and Data field, within the Advanced AI Center of Excellence. You will work with innovative technologies on exciting projects, helping leading global companies develop their IT strategies. In particular, you will be able to: * Design and develop cloud and hybrid architectures for Data & AI platforms, translating business requirements into scalable, secure and efficient solutions; * Create and manage cloud-native infrastructures through Infrastructure as Code practices, containerization and orchestration; * Implement CI/CD pipelines, automations, data ingestion processes and API integrations for enterprise environments; * Integrate and operationalize Data & AI platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and MLflow, supporting the productionization of AI and Machine Learning solutions; * Integrate security, compliance, data governance, observability and reliability into platform design and management; * Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, contributing to the definition of architectures, operating models and platform adoption paths. The remuneration foreseen in Accenture is defined on the basis of multiple evaluation elements, including - for example - the role covered, the level of seniority, the degree of responsibility, professional skills and experience gained. For this position, a B3 classification level is expected in the Metalworkers' National Collective Bargaining Agreement.



The expected gross annual remuneration range is between €36,906.87 and €46,700. If you share our passion for AI and Data consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: * Master's degree in STEM disciplines and at least 2 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering gained in enterprise, system integration or consulting contexts; * Experience in the design and management of cloud, on-premise and hybrid architectures, with knowledge of at least one of the main cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform); * Experience in defining scalable, resilient and sustainable architectures, with skills in Infrastructure Cost Management and FinOps, including monitoring of cloud consumption, optimization of infrastructural costs and evaluation of the economic impact of AI/LLM solutions (token consumption, inference cost and service scalability); * Experience in the design, industrialization and management of Data, AI and Generative AI platforms, using cloud-native and DevOps technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD), platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and MLflow, as well as advanced integration patterns such as APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agent-to-Agent; * Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java or Bash and familiarity with automation, microservices and deployment of AI/LLM workloads in enterprise environments; * Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, combined with strong relational,
