This Position reports to: Senior Project Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #_LI-Hybrid_ This role is contributing to the Global ABB Robotics business. You will be mainly accountable for: * Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. * Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. * Identifying, qualifying, quantifying,



managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. * Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. _Our team dynamics_ You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role** * Degree in Engineering in Automation/Computer science or related field * You are working with time and economics management and the Robotic Automation market * You have 3-5 years of experience in automation project management * You are passionate about production management, customer strict relationships, stakeholder management, planning, and working autonomously. * You are at ease communicating in English (B2 level) * You hold current driving car license valid in Europe * You feel comfortable travelling around 60% of the time **Compensation Package** As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico Minimum annual salary: €39.000 Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. **Benefits as per policy** Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families Welfare plan with a wide range of personalized services Canteen or meal vouchers provided Join us.
