You'll work in a very collaborative environment with a diverse group of colleagues, including Brokers, Actuaries, Cat analysts and other Broker Support colleagues. This role offers a chance to tackle a wide range of topics and challenges, helping our client-facing teams work more efficiently. **How you'll make an impact**
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our broking teams by gathering, organising, and managing a variety of information. You’ll ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date, helping to create marketing sheets, reports, and other essential documents. Your work will support the placement of client reinsurance programmes and ensure compliance with regulations. Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Collecting and analysing market and compliance information.
- Updating marketing sheets and tracking reinsurers’ decisions.
- Producing statistics and information packs for client reinsurance programmes.
- Managing and resolving queries from clients and reinsurers.
- Supporting the creation of slips, endorsements, and wordings.
- Project managing and preparation of presentations and other documents for clients and reinsurers
- Ensuring files and contract records are accurate and compliant.
- Collaborating with colleagues to organise meetings and deliver excellent client service. Your contributions will help our client-facing teams work more efficiently and deliver outstanding results for our clients. **About you** Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: - A degree in Finance, Accounting, International Management, Business Administration, Law, or a similar field.
- Business fluency in Italian and English.
- A willingness to learn and a mathematical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a solution-driven approach.
