Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Area, we are looking for a Project Engineering Manager for the Rome, Naples, and Genoa offices. The person will have overall responsibility for complex projects for Enterprise clients, coordinating the design, implementation, and migration of Hybrid and Multi-Cloud infrastructures on public platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle OCI, and on private platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, and Proxmox. # The person will be responsible for the following activities * Govern the design, implementation, and migration of Cloud and on-premises infrastructures. * Support the definition of complex, secure, resilient, and efficient architectures. * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, costs, quality, and performance. * Manage risks, contractual changes, critical issues, and escalations. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders. * Ensure the quality of deliverables, testing, acceptance, and correct transition into operation. * Manage the relationship with the Client and related project reporting. **Education:** Degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines. **Seniority:** Senior,



with at least 5 years of relevant experience. ## Technical knowledge and skills * Experience in designing, implementing, or migrating solutions on Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI. * Knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably OpenShift and SUSE, and container technologies. * Experience in Identity & Access Management architectures. * Knowledge of Enterprise relational and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. * Knowledge of High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery architectures. * Knowledge of Storage, Backup, and Data Protection solutions. * Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code. * Ability to evaluate complex infrastructure architectures and interact with Linux, Container, Cloud, Network, Security, Database, and Operations teams. * Professional knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Project. ## Behavioral skills * Leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Result-oriented, ownership, and attention to quality. * Planning, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage priorities, risks, escalations, and critical situations. * Proactivity, flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement orientation. ## Language skills * English at least B2; C1 level preferred. * Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus. ## Certifications and availability * PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF certifications and/or Cloud certifications are preferred. * Availability for national and international travel. **Involvement,
