Your Tasks
We are looking for a young Marketing professional to join Beiersdorf Italy for a 6-month internship in our Labello Marketing Department. The candidate will support the marketing team on the following activities:
- Support in the development and execution of the marketing plan, with a focus on promotions, launch strategies, and the implementation of a 360° communication plan.
- Creation of dedicated communication materials,
and updating of product technical specifications.
- Development and adaptation of point-of-sale materials, in line with brand strategy and promotional activities.
- Monitoring and analysis of market performance and competitive landscape, both from a quantitative perspective (sell-in & sell-out data analysis) and a qualitative one (e.g. activations, promotions, new product launches).
- Preparation of presentations to support marketing activities.
- Maintenance and updating of product-related information on the corporate website.
- Support in the development of digital marketing plans, with a particular focus on influencer marketing.
- Ongoing collaboration with Trade Marketing, Digital, and Planning teams to ensure a synergistic and integrated brand approach.
Your Profile
- Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Available to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months
- Currently enrolled as a student and eligible for an academic internship
- Strong passion for marketing and branding
- Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and brings a positive, can-do attitude
