Role Description The Italy Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for individuals or organizations interested in establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Italian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting Lingua Learn’s language and training services, managing local marketing initiatives, and developing partnerships with public institutions and corporate clients. The partner will oversee local operations, including learner recruitment, customer service, and coordination with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing feedback on regional needs, and ensuring alignment with Lingua Learn’s brand standards and quality guidelines. Franchise partners are expected to drive business growth while using Lingua Learn’s established systems, platforms, and teaching network.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners effectively.
- Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, understand local demand, and inform business decisions.
- Experience in Training or education-related activities, such as coordinating courses, supporting instructors, or managing learning programs.
- Background in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably within education, training, or e-learning sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms to manage operations and client interactions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the capacity to invest time and resources into building a sustainable language school franchise.
