Overview
In this role you will lead the design of advanced analog and mixed-signal circuits, guiding projects from concept to silicon. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, power, and area targets are met. The position centers on delivering high-quality analog blocks for next-generation semiconductor products while driving design efficiency and robustness. You will mentor teammates and contribute to continuous methodology improvements. This opportunity offers impact through shaping product performance and competitiveness at NXP.

Responsabilità
- Lead architectural definition, design, simulation, and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, LDOs, PLLs)
- Perform transistor-level design, layout supervision, and post-layout verification to meet performance, power, and area targets
- Collaborate with system architects, digital and layout engineers, and test engineers to ensure successful product delivery
- Conduct design reviews, participate in root cause analysis for silicon issues,



and improve design methodologies
- Mentor junior analog designers and support technical growth of the team
- Stay informed about industry trends and new tools to boost design efficiency and competitiveness
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and characterization reports

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 8 years of experience in analog IC design with a portfolio of tape-outs in advanced CMOS processes
- Expertise in op-amps, bandgap references, LDOs, oscillators, and data converters
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Hspice, AMS simulation
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and process variations
- Layout experience and supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a collaborative team
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus
