Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage an individual sales plan aligned to territory objectives, including target account selection, lead qualification, pipeline development and accurate forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers through proactive contact management, regular customer visits, and structured follow-up using CRM tools.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand application requirements, technical specifications,
budget constraints and timelines; translate customer needs into a clear value proposition. Plan and deliver compelling product demonstrations (remote and on-site), tailoring presentations to both technical and commercial stakeholders and addressing questions and objections. Coordinate and support evaluations, trials and proof-of-concept activities as needed, ensuring technical feasibility and documenting outcomes to support customer decision-making.
Select and configure appropriate equipment and solution options to meet customer requirements, ensuring compatibility with the customer environment and compliance with relevant standards. Prepare high-quality commercial offers and detailed financial proposals, including pricing, configuration, scope of supply, delivery terms and any service components.
