We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary position for 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activities
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email,

digital systems)
Enter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve any issues
Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfaction
Update and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when needed
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an administrative/commercial field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environment
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage changing priorities
Proficiency with common IT tools (Microsoft Excel and Word); experience with SAP
