HR Generalist / HR Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a key manufacturing site in Italy, aligning people programs with business goals. You will drive employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and policy compliance within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will lead engagement, change initiatives, and workforce development to retain top talent and support organizational objectives.
