Llenya Steakhouse is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie – Butchery &, Meat Specialist to join our kitchen team in Sannat, Gozo. We are looking for an all-round chef who is confident working in a professional la carte kitchen, with particular experience and passion for meat preparation and butchery. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of different cuts of beef and other meats and be confident in trimming, portioning and preparing premium cuts while maintaining excellent yield and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, trim and portion premium cuts of beef, lamb, pork and other meats
- Carry out general butchery and meat preparation to a high professional standard
- Prepare and portion steaks for service while maintaining consistency and minimising waste
- Assist with in-house meat preparations, including sausages and other speciality products
- Work confidently during la carte kitchen service
- Prepare mise en place and support other kitchen sections when required
- Follow correct meat storage, labelling, rotation, hygiene and food-safety procedures




- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain Llenya's quality standards The

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced chef in a professional restaurant kitchen
- Strong practical butchery and meat-preparation skills
- Good knowledge of beef cuts and steak preparation
- Experience in a steakhouse, grill or meat-focused restaurant is considered an advantage
- Passion for quality ingredients and craftsmanship
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to relocate to Gozo, Malta, if currently based overseas At Llenya, you will have the opportunity to work with premium meats, dry-aged beef, charcoal-fired cooking and an open-kitchen concept while developing your skills within an independent, quality-focused steakhouse. Salary: €1,600–€2,000 gross per mont
