THE ROLE We are looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor for our brand-new store in Rome who will deliver aunique and memorable experienceto each client while actively contributing to thecommercial successof the store. With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will representALOHAS valuesand play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.

Handle questions, returns, and service situations with efficiency and care.
Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.
Be a business driver Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Understand store KPIs and take ownership of your impact on performance.
Use the clienteling system as a strategic lever to drive results and nurture client relationships.
