Overview
As Product Manager, Client Communication, you build a greenfield, event-driven platform that unifies client communications across CRM, Operations and Compliance. You will own a scalable orchestration layer and a shared communication log to deliver a compliant, growth-oriented customer experience. You'll lead cross-functional efforts with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product and Engineering to define scope and drive adoption. This role sits in Core Experience and offers the chance to shape how Qonto communicates with customers at scale. You'll work in a fast, collaborative environment that leverages AI-enabled tools to push boundaries.

Responsabilità
- Own and deliver a shared, platform-level orchestration for client communications
- Build and evolve the unified communication log and preference management
- Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product,



and Engineering to align stakeholders from day one
- Shape the product vision and initial roadmap for the new team within Core Experience
- Drive cross-tool integration (Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, Zendesk) to support regulatory compliance and growth

Requisiti fondamentali
- Senior Product Management experience with platform-level scope
- Hands-on with communication/CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Customer.io, or similar)
- Experience operating in environments with competing stakeholder claims (Regulatory, Marketing, Product, Operations)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
