Job Description
As Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration Italy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing Kelvion's presence within the Italian HVAC & Refrigeration market.
Your Responsibilities
Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC & Refrigeration market
Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
Position Kelvion products at early project stage
Technical and commercial negotiations
Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures
Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them
Prepare the necessary market analyses
Lead a team
Your Profile
Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration, Industrial Sales and Business Development
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience
Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics
Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge
Sound understanding of marketing, management and commercial law
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems
Self-starter with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, leadership skills and a value-selling mindset
Compensation & Working Conditions
Gross annual salary: €70,000 - €75,000
Annual premio: 15% - 20% of gross annu
