The role
In response to our fast growth and market expansion,
we are looking for a Senior Merchandising Consultant to work across customer engagements in category management implementation and ongoing service delivery. This is a hybrid role: you will configure our platform end to end and bring real merchandising judgment to the customers you work with. It is not a pure advisory seat, and it is not a pure technical seat. What Makes This Role Different The hard part of this job is not the configuration.
Our platform is UI-driven, and technical consultants support anything that lives in the database or the backend. The hard part is understanding the customer's world well enough to guide them toward a better way of working. Your job is to understand the customer's strategy and implement our tool according to that strategy, not according to the workarounds they have lived with for years. That means walking in with an opinion.
When a category manager asks "w
