Purpose of the Role Lead and manage the site's HVAC operations, ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of all air conditioning and cooling systems. Responsible for team management, task planning and control, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and overseeing the group's professional, operational, and budgetary activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and people management leadership for HVAC technicians and technical personnel. Hold overall responsibility for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Manage priorities, plan work activities, and monitor execution in alignment with site objectives. Monitor system performance and lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and availability. Lead complex troubleshooting activities and provide technical support to the team.
Prepare periodic reports, analyze data, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Work closely with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Lead HVAC-related projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
