Overview
In this role you will identify, design and manage AI-driven analytics solutions that generate recommendations and predictions for business stakeholders. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, balancing business cases, budgets and cross-functional delivery across data science, automation, and IT architecture teams. You will collaborate with business functions and management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. This position centers on shaping scalable analytics services at group level and partnering with BUs to implement high-impact projects.
Responsabilità
- Drive project setup and scope analysis; build a business case and design target solutions
- Define priorities, budgets, and oversee internal and external service providers
- Coordinate development of analytical components and lead Data Scientists in ML model work
- Oversee deployment with Automation Engineers and IT Architects
- Ensure buy-in and effective execution through cross-functional stakeholder engagement




- Maintain regular interaction with business functions and management for project alignment

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years as Data Scientist in a consulting firm or in a company
- 1-2 years managing projects related to AI, digital transformation or operational excellence
- Degree in scientific disciplines (mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics)
- Experience with Python data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Numpy, XGBoost, Pytorch, LightGBM, Tensorflow)
- Experience in designing, developing and evaluating ML models (clustering, classification, regression, forecasting)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good command of English (B2)
- Strong teamwork, autonomy, proactivity, commitment and result orientation
