Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Bologna at Magazziniere Attuale. The Assistant supports daily warehouse and office operations, including organizing inventory, preparing orders, and coordinating deliveries.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and ensuring that documentation is complete and filed correctly. The role also involves assisting with communication between logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams, as well as helping keep the workspace safe, orderly, and compliant with company procedures. The Assistant is expected to collaborate with colleagues, follow established workflows, and respond promptly to operational needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain orderly processes.
- Candidates should possess solid communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers,



and logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and data-entry skills, including familiarity with common office software and inventory systems.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and order preparation.
- Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration abilities, contributing to a positive, reliable, and safety-focused work environment.
- Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support roles is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in logistics or office administration is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bologna and perform tasks that may require standing, moving, and light lifting during the workday.
