THE ROLE
The Event, PR & Communication Assistant supports the organization and operational management of corporate events, corporate communication projects, PR activities, and franchise-related initiatives. This role works closely with internal teams (dgital, marketing, and sales) as well as external vendors, ensuring effective coordination throughout all phases of the projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide operational support in organizing and managing corporate events,

brand PR projects, and franchise-related initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and creative aspects of events from planning to execution.
• Manage corporate communication and public relations activities.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the Sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:
• Languages: Proficiency in English.
• Technical Skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); proficiency in Canva. Graphic design and video editing skills are appreciated.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive and articulate with effective rhetorical ability.
• Capable of handling unexpected situations with a problem-solving mindset.
• Able to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
