About the role

Our Advanced Surgery team plays a key role in bringing innovative surgical solutions to healthcare professionals. In this field-based role, you'll partner closely with surgeons, operating room staff,



and hospital customers to support the adoption of advanced products that help improve surgical outcomes and enhance patient care.

Covering part of the Veneto territory, you'll become a trusted clinical and commercial partner, helping healthcare professionals navigate daily surgical challenges through innovative solutions in hemostatics, sealants, and anti-adhesion technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
• Drive growth across your territory by developing strategic account plans and finding opportunities that increase product adoption, market share, and balanced revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers, positioning yourself as a valued partner
