Job Description

SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute the development of its Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio.

The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, building long-term relationships with corporate partners, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the continuous innovation of the School’s offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships
• Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations
• Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders
• Drive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

Qualifications & Requirements





• 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services
• Strong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuring
• Solid understanding of business and organizational dynamics
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, negotiate, and successfully close complex deals
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus
• Availability to travel

SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10 – 20136 Milan

(3 days in office + up to 2 days of lavoro da remoto after successfully completing the probationary period)
