The Role
Dragonfruit is hiring an IT Systems & Automation Coordinator to manage the internal technology, systems, and automations our company runs on.

You will administer our core software, manage accounts and permissions, troubleshoot technical issues,



and build automated workflows that help our teams work more efficiently. Your initial focus will be supporting People Ops, Finance, and Recruiting, with the role expanding across other departments over time.

This is a hands-on technical role—not a general operations or HR position. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be highly comfortable with technology, quick to troubleshoot unfamiliar tools, and capable of building reliable workflows using automation and AI.

What You’ll Do
• Administer company tools including Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, our HRIS, password-management software, and other platforms.
• Manage accounts, permissions, integrations, licenses, system configurations, and access standards across the company.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and access issues, resolving problems directly or escalating them when necessary.
