Field Business Development / Retail Sales – Italy
We are looking for a Field Business Development / Retail Sales professional to support the expansion of an international vaping brand in the Italian market.

Location
• Rome × 1
• Sicily × 1
• Naples × 1

Candidates based in the above locations will be given priority.

Compensation & Benefits
• €1,600–€3,000 per month
• €0.30/km mileage allowance
• Up to €1,000 quarterly performance premio
• Salary paid on the 20th of each month
• EOR employment model
• Part-time candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular visits to retail stores and distributors within the assigned territory
• Develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with store owners and distributors
• Support product promotion, retail orders and distribution
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing and promotions
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and business partners
• Plan and manage daily field activities and customer visit routes




• Submit regular activity reports and participate in weekly online meetings

Requirements
• Valid authorization to work in Italy
• Valid Italian/local driving license
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly for business
• Fluent Italian and English
• Experience in field sales, retail, business development, channel sales or related fields is preferred
• Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales is a plus
• Candidates with strong communication and business development potential, including fresh graduates, are welcome to apply
