Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer support services to Zenith users, ensuring a premium experience in every interaction

• Effectively manage inbound inquiries via phone, email,
and live chat, adhering to quality and satisfaction benchmarks
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the CRM to support continuous service improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, maintaining the high standards expected of Italian-speaking jobs in our network
• Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancements to ensure Zenith remains at the pinnacle of the Customer Support Services sector

Requirements
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
