We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Mercedes position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver premium customer support to Mercedes vehicle owners and prospective buyers
• Provide technical and general information regarding the luxury automotive product range
• Manage inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat with a focus on brand excellence
• Assist customers with navigation of Mercedes-Benz digital platforms and connected vehicle services
• Handle conflict resolution and troubleshooting for automotive service requests with grace and efficiency
• Maintain detailed customer records within the CRM to ensure accurate service history
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client support experience in the competitive automotive industry
Requirements
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in English for corporate communication
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Strong passion for the automotive industry and premium customer service
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
