Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (40%)
Leads the continuous improvement projects on value streams that are key to Littelfuse.
Analysis focuses on production/administration processes in the area of quality, safety, delivery, and cost. (25%)
Defines lean initiatives with geographic region that support the short-term operational plan. (25%)
Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training. (10%)
